ESL has used the best quality of Fair-faced Concrete, Rod & other raw materials in its RCC structure without any compromise to ensure the structural integrity of this building whilst following all international & national building codes.
The Public Works Department (PWD) of the Government of Bangladesh authorised all designs & Advanced Fair-face construction for this state-of-the-art factory building.
Everbright’s Green factory uses the smartest BMS technology in the world with advanced Direct Digital Controllers (BACnet over IP) to control the Indoor Environment.
The BMS Intranet network is connected with Flow and Energy Multifunctional Meters, recording demand & consumption.
Electricity Consumption is measured from the machines, air conditioning & lighting to create a data representation.
Timer Controls & Occupancy Sensors are used for Energy Efficient, Environment Friendly SLED Lighting.
The Water Consumption is measured with flow meters integrated to the supply & waste lines. The BMS controls water overflow & tracks Overuse.
Air Flow Meters & Sensors measure Temperature, Humidity & CO2.
The Efficiency of the Power Generator is determined by measuring the fuel consumption using flow meters.
Steam & Gas flow meters are connected to the system to determine the efficiency of the boilers.
The BMS uses Advanced Application Programming Tools as well as Graphics Building & Animations to continuously analyse the data to maximise utilisation of energy & minimise waste to diminish our carbon footprint.

This Three Million Volts-Ampere Power Station is built with two transformers: 3MVA 33kV & 11Kv with OLTC, 33kV Current & Potential Transformer & ABS complete with VCB HT Switchgear, ACR, Protection & Control Panel, Earthing System, Outdoor SPC H-Pole, CT & PT metering, Power Factor Improvement Plant, Surge Protection & LPS.
Large Double Glazed Windows are a principle feature of this building provide plenty of Natural Ventilation when required. However, as 5 floors are fully air-conditioned, fresh air exchange systems have been implemented. Both the Indoor & Fresh Air Quality are continuously assessed. Air Flow Meters & Sensors measure Temperature, Humidity & CO2.
The system is Energy Efficiency Certified with Smart Management & all CFC Free Equipment. It is geared with Digital Variable Multi (DVM) Outdoor Units, Fresh Air Exchangers, Energy Recovery Ventilators, Outdoor Air Filtration, Dual Digital Inverters, Dust Filters & Smart Temperature Control.
To ensure utmost safety, efficiency & longitivity of our electrical equipment, we have used the very best busbar trunking systems throughout the factory instead of standard wiring to supply power from the 3 Mega Watt Substation to the MDB, power transfer to all floors & from the distribution boards to the production machines, air conditioning & SLED lighting channels.
All Busbar Trunking Systems are EAE Technology branded. The equipment is Fire Resistant as well as IEC, CE & TSE Certified for Safety & Efficiency.
ESL uses green solar power in its grid utilising photovoltaic cells from GSPV. We aim to expand our power generation from renewable resources over the coming years.

ESL Unit-2’s fast, energy-efficient cargo lift is used to rapidly transfer goods, minimising time losses.
The installed Auto Rescue Device automatically opens the Certified Fire-Rated Doors at the nearest floor in case of power loss – ensuring utmost safety. The Auto Voltage Regulator maintains lift performance during power fluctuations.

Our 90% efficient Incineration boiler converts biofuel energy from wastage garments parts into high pressure steam to power irons & dryers.

All Automatic Knitting Machines, Boilers & Fire Alarm Systems are supported by floor-wise Online UPS to ensure that the power is uninterrupted & stable at all times.
The 2MVA dedicated power station ensures Everbright has electricity at all times even when the entire surrounding area is out of power. However, for rare cases when there is a fault or the grid is being maintained, Everbright Power Generators to ensure adequate backup electricity.

All Restrooms, Changing & Shower Rooms use Certified Water Efficient Fixtures.
The Drinking Water Line supplies UV treated & filtered clean water to all employees.
Rainwater Harvesting
Rainwater is collected from the roof & gutters. The Roof Garden has a Bio-retention System. The Ground Lawn has Rain Gardens. This water is used for irrigating plants.
Drip Irrigation System
The wastewater from the taps is re-used for plants using drip irrigation system.
Waterfall & Fish Farming
The Waterfall at the ESL LEED building leads to a pond with a beautiful collection of fish.
The water flow naturally cools the air around the entrance & creates a stunning ambience.
The buildings inside ESL is surrounded by greenery – from seasonal flowers to fruits such as mangoes, lemons, avocadoes, bananas & more can be found.
The Roof Garden has a Bio-retention System. The Ground Garden has Rain Gardens & Green Pavers.
Lightning Protection Systems are installed over every building inside the premises of ESL to ensure any lightning surcharge is disposed correctly.
The ESL Helipad at the roof of ESL Unit 2 is professionally designed for a helicopter to land, rest & take off safely
